RETURNS
If you want to return your item for an exchange or refund that’s no problem at all, so long as it’s returned to us within 14 days of receiving your goods and the items are in their original condition and packaging with tags still intact. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY UK ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK CAN BE RETURNED BUT FOR A REFUND ONLY.
You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, but if you have selcted a UK exchange, we will send the replacement item out free of charge. In the unlikely event that you are returning an item to us because it was either faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we will reimburse you the cost of postage via a cheque in the post (ensure you include your receipt for the postage with the return). We recommend for any returns, that you use a Royal Mail TRACKED mail service to post back to us.
You will find full instructions on the returns note that came with your order. Please allow up to 15 working days from when you posted your items to receive exchanged items and refunds, as soon as either are processsed you will recieve an automatic e-mail to keep you informed.
XMAS RETURNS POLICY: For any orders placed between 1st November - 20th December 2011, you will have until Friday 6th January 2012 to get any returns back to us. All orders placed on 21st December and thereafter will have the standard 14 day returns policy applied.
