What is the cost for delivery?

We’ve kept our delivery options simple with a choice of 3 services:
  • UK Standard (3 - 5 days) – FREE
  • UK Express Delivery (1 - 2 days) - £4.95 (FREE if you spend over £100)
  • UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95 (FREE if you spend over £100)

When will I receive my order?

Can I track the delivery or returns status of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and e-mail from us, from this you can then log in to your account on Henleys.co.uk and track the progress of your order here – My order Status

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Of course! We allow up to 14 days for a refund or exchange. For our full returns policy please visit the returns section.

Where do I return my item to?

Return the item to PO Box 4282, Manchester, M60 3TU (we recommend using a tracked service.) Please remember to include your returns slip included with your original delivery. 

I’ve returned an item for exchange. When will I get it?

If the new item you wanted is in stock then please allow 5 working days from posting your item back to us before contacting us regarding exchanges. We will e-mail you again when your exchange has been dispatched or you can check the status by logging into your account here - My order Status

I’ve returned an item for a refund. When will I get it?

It will take around 5 working days from you posting your item to us for us to receive and process the refund. The money may then take up to 5 working days to be reflected in your bank account. If after this time you have still not received your refund please contact customer services and quote your original order number and we’ll be happy to look into this for you further.

If I have a faulty item can I get my postage money back?

Yes. It is very rare for any Henleys items to be faulty as we carry out intensive quality checks on all stock, however, if you do receive a faulty item simply return it to PO Box 4282, Manchester, M60 3TU and enclose your returns slip with a explanation of the fault. We will then refund or exchange the item for you. Please ensure you enclose a receipt for the cost of your postage.
